Last year I posted in our Mama Creatives private Facebook community page about Robyn Ravell, an inspiring creative mama, founder of Kirana shoes, and single mama to Ocean, her gorgeous son with special needs.
Robyn really needed some cash flow for her business as the volcanic eruption in Bali, where her shoes are made, impacted delivery of her new stock. Many mamas in our incredible community came together and bought her stylish leather sandals at her wildly discounted price. Personally they are the most comfortable sandals I’ve ever owned and have worn them all summer.
The story and post caught the eye of Amy Laboyrie, editor of The Collective magazine, founded by previous Mama Creatives special guest Lisa Messenger.
