Masterclass with Adam Kellerman: ‘From Struggle to Strength’
From cancer bed to pro-athlete Adam Kellerman will share how he healed himself. He was ranked Australia’s #1 Wheelchair tennis champion, #8 in the world, two time Paralympian, philanthropist and co-founder of The Age of Ability. He also walked hundreds of kilometres on the Kokoda Trail without the use of a wheelchair to raise money for ‘Kids Off The Street’, displaced youth going through their own struggles.
In this masterclass Adam will share his wisdom so you can step into your greatness.
ABOUT THIS MASTERCLASS
Through personal development workshops, yoga, meditation and healthy living and eating, Adam has discovered the benefits of counteracting the intensity of sport and a full-on lifestyle with a sense of calm and stillness within.
- The importance of having a dream, meaning and purpose in your life
- The power of leaning into discomfort, to accept and embrace darkness,
- Mindfulness and the importance of moving slowly
- Action, and taking steps towards the direction you want your life to go
Adam will also facilitate a series of practical activities so you can implement his strategies straight away. We will also be screening a 15 minute documentary, ‘From Struggle to Strength’.
Having access to this type of information from such an expert is incredible. Come along to meet Adam and ask your specific questions with this special up close masterclass.
We like to keep our morning tea masterclass events more intimate so you get access to our expert facilitator, and opportunities to connect with other high calibre creative women. There will be limited spaces available, and we usually sell out in advance.
