This whole experience has been designed to add value to your life, not overwhelm you. However, there will be some expectation to show up and to do the various weekly activities.

Module 7 Activities Recap
Activity #1: Giving Yourself Permission

Do you give yourself permission to talk about sex and your sexual desires or problems with anyone, especially your partner if you are in a relationship?

Do you give yourself permission and enough time and space to play and explore sexually, on your own and with a partner?
- What is it that you want? What do you desire? What are your fantasies?

The first step is to imagine it, then write it down. Draw it and imagine how does it make you feel?

What would be your well fucked manifesto?
Activity #2: Self Love & Self Pleasure

Arrange a personal date with yourself – create the ambiance you would if you were hosting a romantic date for a partner, eg flowers, special food, or drink, candles, bath and self pleasure
- Continue to self pleasure every day for two weeks. Once you start you won’t be able to stop, feels so good!
Activity #3: Rebalancing Your Energy Mandala
- Consider what aspects of the masculine and feminine resonate with you in various areas of your life. Notice if you are favouring some more than others.
- Write down the areas you need to focus on to bring back more balance, and connect these to your overall values, goals and desires.

Look for a pattern starting to emerge, from where you have been focusing your energy to where you need and want to refocus it so you can bring more harmony into your life.

Create a mandala based on the feminine and masculine energies, once they have been rebalanced, so you are working with your more healthy whole self.
Activity #4: Weekly Honesty & Daily Gratitude Session
Daily Gratitude Exercise:
* Write down 3 things you are grateful for every day
* This is a great way to reframe things and put your desires ahead of your self-limiting beliefs
Weekly Reflection:
* Did I protect my boundaries this week?
* Where did I compromise?
* What did I do to cultivate delight & joy?
* How did I comfort myself if I got triggered?

Jacqueline Hellyer is a highly regarded sex therapist, educator, relationship coach, speaker, author and blogger. She runs couples retreats, and workshops for women and men.
This talk is a Mama Creatives masterclass she shared about the power of sexuality to boost creativity and lots more. It’s very informative, entertaining and enlightening.
